Yahweh never expected us to keep the wonderful law perfectly

Luke 1:6 KJV
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

Christians often say “if you break one law you’ve broken all of them”. They get this from one of the added texts.

And I said previously that God never intended you to be perfect, its not possible for the simple fact that it takes years and years to know all the commandments by heart and to keep them.

The verse above says Elisabeth and Zacharias kept the law “blameless”. Does this mean they never broke one commandment in their whole lives? No, that’s absurd. It can’t mean that. IF it means that then the idea that “only Jesus could keep the law perfectly” wouldn’t apply.

It LIKELY means [im not positive, i could be wrong] that they were faithful to God and practiced the law always.

As far as eternal life is concerned when Jesus tells the rich man the commandments to keep….it sounds like he is saying “these are the ones you must keep”. He could have mentioned many other verses, but he focused on these.

Matthew 19:16-19 KJV
And, behold, one came and said unto him, “Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?”
And he said unto him, “Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.”
He saith unto him, “Which?” Jesus said,”Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”

The negative light Christians view the law in is very sad because the law is so wonderful. They see the law through the book of Romans and Galatians and not through the eyes of God.

It shouldn’t be “who has to keep the law?”, it should be looked upon as a privilege. For if we believe the creator of all things had Moses pen his instructions for life in a book, then we must believe these ordinances and commandments are wonderful in every way.

I’m not referring to the sacrificial commandments since the temple is not here, and Jesus may have replaced that system. Although one as to wonder why in prophecy the Messiah is bringing a sin offering to the temple.

And Jesus never said “I will die on the cross and it will replace the sacrificial offerings forever”. But obviously he does say things that indicate his blood is a new covenant and that it was being shed for us.

So in what way did Elisabeth keep the law “Blameless”?

A: kept every law perfect?

B: Was faithful to the commandments practicing them as best she could as she grew up and learned about them. [for we dont come out of the womb with all the laws in our minds]
